About Me
Growing up, I was always curious about how the world works. This curiosity led me to major in International Affairs and Diplomacy, followed by a Master’s degree in Democracy and Human Rights with a focus on the Middle East.
In my professional journey, I worked across the humanitarian and political fields, contributing to both international and local organizations. I was proud of my accomplishments and grateful for the stability, but I also felt some disillusionment with certain realizations along the way. Despite this stability, something inside felt incomplete. A voice urged me to seek more; even my body seemed to signal this, as I began experiencing mild sicknesses that felt tied to my inner conflict.
Eventually, I chose to step away from the conventional path to take the road less traveled. I applied to study Theater at Lebanese University, initially keeping it hidden from many, including family, out of fear of judgment.
Two years in, immersing myself in the creative world has brought so much clarity about what truly matters to me, who I want to be, and how I want to live. Even my background in politics has shaped my work and vision, as I aim to use theater as a medium to express my ideas and help people connect to feelings they often avoid in life.
This is how I choose to live, engaging in passion projects and a vision that aligns with my values.
However, I realized that simply pursuing my passion isn’t enough to make me happy.
Happiness doesn’t depend on career paths, success, or accomplishments. It’s shaped by our relationships with ourselves and with others, along with the choices we make each day in how we handle life’s encounters and challenges.
Whether I’m on stage, studying plays, working, or now writing for my blog, I hope to inspire others to look within, reflect on life’s questions, and find connection through shared experiences.
I look forward to connecting with you!
